How much does your service cost?
Nothing. Our service is completely free for renters. We are compensated by properties or landlords when a lease is signed or renewed — never by renters.
Why is it free for renters?
Renters shouldn't have to pay to save money. We only get paid by properties/landlords when we successfully help you sign or renew a lease. It's similar to how real estate agents are paid by sellers, not buyers.
Do you charge any hidden or upfront fees?
No. There are no upfront costs, commissions, or hidden charges for renters. Ever.
How does your service work?
You fill out a simple form with your information and the property you're interested in. We then contact the property on your behalf to negotiate the best possible rental rate and terms. How long does the negotiation process take?
The typical negotiation process takes 5-7 business days. We'll keep you updated throughout the process via email and contact you as soon as we have results.
What if you can't get me a better deal?
If we're unable to beat the advertised rental rate, we'll let you know honestly and you owe nothing. There's absolutely no risk to trying our service.
